Cover Letter

A cover letter briefly stating the significance of research should be submitted as a separate word file along with the manuscript file. In this letter, the corresponding author should state clearly that the contents present in the manuscript are original and that the manuscript has not been published previously in any form either completely or partly and will not be published in any journal and not consideration for publication elsewhere.

Manuscript format:

The manuscript should be written in English in a clear and concise manner and should follow the style of Advanced Materials & Applications. The manuscript must be typewritten, with 1.5 line spacing and 2.5 cm margins around, using Times New Roman and 11 point font size. All pages must be numbered consecutively. The order of the manuscripts should be title, abstract, keywords, text, references, legends of figures and tables.

Title:

The title page should include the followings:

(i) A concise and informative title-The title of your manuscript should be concise, specific and relevant with 12 point font size and bold upper case. Please avoid abbreviations and formula where possible in the title.

(ii) The name(s) of the author(s)-The given name(s) and family name(s) of each author must be given clearly.

(iii) The affiliation(s) and address(es) of the author(s) below the names should be clearly presented and indicate all affiliations with a lower-case superscript letter immediately after the author's name and in front of the appropriate address. The full postal address of each affiliation including the city name with postal code and country name should be provided.

(iv) The e-mail address, and telephone number(s) of the corresponding author should be clearly indicated in the manuscript for the future correspondence after submission. This responsibility includes answering any future queries about Methodology and Materials. Ensure that the e-mail address is given and that contact details are kept up to date by the corresponding author.

Abstract:

The abstract should state briefly the review of the research significance, the principal results and major conclusions of the paper. No graphical abstracts are published. The abstract should contain 150-200 words and not contain any undefined abbreviations or unspecified references.

Keywords:

Please provide 5 to 6 keywords below the abstract. They can be used for indexing purposes.

Introduction:

The introduction should define the purpose of the work and its significance, including specific hypotheses being tested. It should provide a clear statement of the problems, relevant literature on the subject and the proposed approach or solution. It should briefly describe the study in a broad context and highlight why it is important. The current state of the research field should be reviewed carefully and key publications cited. The controversial and diverging hypotheses, if necessary, may be highlighted. The purpose of the work should be clearly mentioned. As far as possible, please keep the introduction comprehensible to scientists working outside the topic of the paper.

Materials and Methods:

Novel synthesis methods should be described in detail. It should include sufficient technical information to allow the experiments to be performed. Earlier published procedures should be cited. However, significant changes of published procedures should be mentioned briefly. The name(s) of chemical and company (where the chemicals were purchased) with the quality should be mentioned. The model and make of all the equipment(s) used for characterization must be provided. The details of ethical approval must be provided (if needed)

Results and Discussion:

The results and discussion should provide an interpretation related to each other and their significance with regard to previously published work. They should also relate the results of current scientific problems being investigated in the field of materials science and applications.  The findings and their implications should be discussed in detail. Future research directions may also be mentioned. The repetition of any experimental procedures or reiteration of the introduction should not be found in the manuscript. The results and discussions may be combined into a single headline or presented separately as author(s) preference (es).

Table(s):

Title (caption) of the tables should be provided in the manuscript for explaining the components of the table. Tables should always be cited in text in consecutive numerical order and be numbered consecutively in Arabic numericals (Table. 1, Table. 2, etc). All the tables may be placed at the appropriate places in the manuscript or placed separately at the end of conclusions section. Any previously published material by giving the original source in the form of a reference at the end of the table caption should be identified. Footnote, if any, should be indicated at  the bottom of the table in italic font by superscript lower-case letters (or asterisks for significance values and other statistical data) and included beneath the table body.

Figures:

All figures must be numbered using Arabic numerals and may be placed at the appropriate places in the manuscript or placed at the end of conclusions section . Figures should be numbered consecutively in Arabic numerals (Fig. 1, Fig. 2, etc) in the text of manuscript. Figure captions begin with the term Figure. 1, followed by the title of the figures, also in bold type. Only JPEG (.jpg) and TIFF (.tif) file formats are permitted

Conclusions:

The authors should summarize their research findings as the main conclusions of the experimental work and to highlight materials as advanced materials with potential applications. Future scope of research findings of materials synthesized may also be included.

Acknowledgement (if any)

Generally, the acknowledgments section includes the names of people(s), research institutions, funding agencies and governmental bodies who have contributed in some way or financially supported the research to derive. If there is no any contribution from others or funding support externally to derive your research findings, the authors need not include this section.

References:

Only published or accepted manuscripts should be included in the reference list. All the references cited in the text should be numbered by a number in square brackets (e.g. [1]). All the references must be given in a list at the end of the acknowledgements section in the following form format.
