As per the New syllabus & Regulations 2017 prescribed by the Anna University, Chennai, this lecture entitled “State level lecture on ENGINEERING PHYSICS" covers all the topics of Engineering Physics (PH8151) in the first semester B.E/B. Tech degree course for all the branches. A sound understanding of the basic concepts of physics applied in engineering field is a major role for the future engineers and technologists to enable them to make a significant contribution in their fields of specialization.

           Physics is the backbone of all engineering and technology but not the toughest subject for the students who one could not be able to pass. In recent years, pass percentage in Physics of the first year students is significantly low. Since there is a very little time available for teaching the Physics syllabus in I-semester of I-year B.E/B.Tech undergraduate engineering course, the lecture “State level lecture on Engineering Physics” will be the right platform for the students to read, understand, learn, prepare and score the Engineering Physics subject in Anna University Examinations-Dec-2019/Jan-2020. It is planned to deliver a valuable lecture by the experienced Professors from the reputed institutions for motivating the students and stimulating their knowledge based on the role of Physics in Engineering profession.
